A customer may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
Customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless the product is defective. Product integrity does not include size, color, printing, etc. as these items will have been addressed in the proofing process.
Our orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed. If, due to a backorder status, a product has not been delivered within 30 days of the time the order is placed, the customer will have the option of a full refund.
If there is an item error on our part, we will send a call tag for pick up at our expense and promptly replace the item.
If the customer has ordered an incorrect item then they are responsible for return shipping in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. We do not have Saturday delivery.
For each order we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Post Office, UPS and common carriers for truckload.
Please note that customers outside the USA shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
